Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Overview

At Shringarika Clinical Yoga, we prioritize the health and commitment of our students. Since our clinical sessions are live, interactive, and involve personalized protocol development based on BHU research standards, we maintain a structured policy to ensure fairness for both our team and our global clientele.

2. Session Cancellation & Rescheduling

• 24-Hour Notice: Any rescheduling requests for 1-on-1 sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be counted as attended.
• No-Show Policy: If a student fails to join a live Zoom/Meet session within the first 15 minutes, the session will be forfeited and no refund or makeup will be provided.
• Emergency Cases: We understand medical emergencies. Please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9559827280 to discuss exceptions.

3. Program Refunds (Monthly/Packages)

Our sessions are designed for consistent clinical recovery.

• Initial Refund: It can be issued only on special clinical circumstances. For more details email onlineyogaclassbyshri@gmail.com.
• Partial Refunds: Once the program has commenced, no partial refunds are issued for unused sessions. However, sessions may be carried forward to the following month under special clinical circumstances.
• Digital Resources: Any downloadable materials or "Yogasanas PDFs" provided upon registration are non-refundable.

4. International Payments

For our students in the USA, UK, Canada, France, and Russia, refunds will be processed in the original currency of payment. Please note that currency conversion rates at the time of refund and any international transaction fees charged by your bank are not within our control and will not be reimbursed.
